I am addicted to Coke?
Not the drug but actual Coca Cola (No Joke). I need to consume at least 3-4 Coke's a day or I just feel like utter and complete crap. Some people have coffee in the morning but I need coke, my BF thinks I am super weird but I can't help it. It's like the only thing that can quench my thirst at times. Am I just weird? The thing about these drinks is that they have caffein in it and sugar as well.. And you can pretty easily get addiced to caffein. That's what you're into. What you need to do is be careful , because too much of it is really not good for you.. So cut down bit by bit, you have to. You really can't go on drinking all that Coke, you will start drinking more soon and then what ? you'll be a wreck! So start reducing the quantity you drink, do some activities, have water, or if you desperately need it, try Miranda.. It has ZERO caffein and a lot of people like the taste...
