for the first time started experiencing an upset stomach probably because all the years of drinking hard, strong coffee, does anyone know in what would tums and pepcidac help out to try avoid gastritis/ulcers if at all? a pharmacist told me medication doesnt exist to prevent gastritis/ulcers but can only treat it. i love drinking rich, pure, and strong coffee in the morning because it makes me happy and cannot see myself giving up this rich, pure, strong taste but am afraid of eventually at some point developing an ulcer/gastritis. can a gastrotestinal doctor please tell me what to do so i wont give up on a rich, pure, strong coffee in the morning? any doctor please....... thank you.
