I am curious what your diet is like? I am only 6 weeks pregnant, but here is what I am eating today:
Breakfast: Oatmeal Raisin bar, cup of coffee
Lunch: 1 banana, bowl of Cheerios with skim milk, glass of grape juice
Dinner will be a chicken wrap with veggies, cheese, bacon, and Ranch dressing along with tomato soup
Then I will be enjoying a piece of cake and skim milk for a snack tonight (I always have to have dessert-- even before I was pregnant!)
I drink plenty of water throughout the day and one cup of diet caffeine free soda.
Does this sound reasonable? What's your typical diet look like?
Breakfast: Water, cup of 1/2 caff. coffee
Snack: handful of Cheezits
Lunch: Leftovers from the night before (varies, depending on the day. Today it was pizza)
Snack: Probably more cheezits
Dinner: My mom's bringing dinner over tonight, and we're having spaghetti pie
Snack: Probably a bowl of cereal. I've been craving Golden Grahams.
All day long: water water water!!
