Okay fellow yardsalers! What to advertise?
I need help! I'm having my first yardsale ever (yes, pathetic I know) and I'm trying to decide what to say in my classified ad. I'll have about 6 lines to work with. I was not provided a specific number of characters, basically the newspaper just said "the more data you have the smaller the font will be so keep it as short as possible". Here's the details. It's an INDOOR yard sale at the TBG Coffee Shop at 116 N Main Street. (Not everyone knows where the coffee shop is so I think I need the address for sure but I also need TBG because another business across the street is known for holding "garbage sales"). It will be on Dec 2nd from 8am-3pm. Items for sale include a large volume of "like new" infant clothing, TONS of high end infant toys/accessories such as a Bounceroo, walker, swing, Baby Einstein Activity Center, Eddie Bauer Bouncenette, walker and toys. We're also going to have a lot of ladies clothes size 8-21 and various household accessories. NO JUNK. Now, what to say?

Buying used toothbrushes, is that going to far ? Would you buy a used toothbrush?
I have a roommate who buys everything used. He buys used shoes, used shirts, used underwear, used socks, and used toothbrushes. I mean the last one was brown, like someone who used to drink coffee or chewed tobacco used it. He buys it and simply washes it off for a few seconds with warm water. I find this disturbing. You don't know if the last person had black hairy toung or ginger vitus.
He makes like $70,000 yet he is too cheap to buy anything new.
Should I buy him a new toothbrush that looks the same and switch it when he is not looking and take the toothbrush back to the rummage sale he purchased it from? Or should I mind my own business and just ignore him if he gets mouth herpes or black hairy toung or periodonal root desease?
Do you think he might use my toothbrush when I'm not looking? Should I soak my toothbrush in hydrogen peroxide just to be sure ?
i've heard of successful, rich people who still choose to buy stuffs at the rummage sale. but, man, used tootbrush is a bit too far!!! hygiene apparently isn't much of a problem for him. but at least try to talk to him regarding the toothbrush. it's too much to bear!!!
tell him how much it disturbs you. tell him what disease he might contract from that. god, you don't even know if that toothbrush was used to clean the toilet!!
