I'm writing from Canada and this question is geared to all my American friends South of the Border. Have you heard of the candy bar Smarties, as well?
I live across the water from Victoria, BC. When my family visited there when I was a kid, my mom would buy a whole box to take back with her lol. They are delicious! A couple places in our town sell them now. As far as Smarties, I know them as little round candies in a cylinder wrapper...not sure about a candy bar.
Where can I find Coffee Crisps?

Special Food stores should carry them. I live in Austin, Texas and there is a chain of fine food liqour stores called "Spec's" that carry them. Have you tried looking at "World Market" they carry tons of international candies.
