Recipe that uses coffee liqueur?
I bought coffee liqueur thinking I was going to make mocha flavoured cupcakes. When I looked at the recipe I realized it calls for chopped chocolate and I only have cocoa.
Does anyone know of another recipe to make coffee and chocolate flavoured cupcakes using something like Kahlua?
Doesn't even have to be cupcakes, just something so the liqueur doesn't go to waste.

Ingredients
3eggs, separated
¾cup granulated sugar
½cup butter
1cup light brown sugar, packed
2 ¼cups all-purpose flour
½cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½teaspoons baking soda
¾cup strong cold coffee
¾cup Kahlua
Kahlua Frosting (recipe follows)
Preparation
step 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, or in the bowl of a stand mixer, beat egg whites until frothy; then beat in sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside. Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg yolks one at a time. Sift flour, cocoa and baking soda together. Add to creamed mixture alternately with coffee and Kahlua; blend well. Fold egg whites into batter. Fill prepared cupcake cups to 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove cupcakes from tins and cool on rack completely before frosting.
Step 2 Kahlua Buttercream Frosting
Step 3Tbsp butter
Step 41Lb. powdered sugar
Step 5Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
Step 6Tbsp. Kahlua
Step 7Tbsp. hot coffee
Step 8In large bowl, cream together butter and powdered sugar. Add cocoa powder, Kahlua and hot coffee. Beat until smooth. Frosts 2 dozen cupcakes.

What can you use instead of raspberry-flavored liqueur and lemon juice?
I'm making a Warm Berry Compote for my parents. The recipe asks for raspberry-flavored liqueur and i don't have that-- however I do have coffee flavored liqueur. Will the coffee change the flavor? And i don't have lemon juice. What can I use instead of that? I'm 12 and I'm not allowed to go outside by myself. Otherwise, i would have simply gone and bought what i needed. Unfortunately, those are the consequences.

Just omit both. Those things just enhance the flavor. Maybe a teaspoon of orange juice would help instead or lime juice.
