So.. started today... felt like I just had a little gas... and... it wasn't... just the tiniest bit of white mucous on my panties...

But I keep having to go to the bathroom... and just that... No idea what's wrong.

Yesterday, I spent most of the day at the beach. Ate a chicken sandwitch for brunch, had a coffee and ate a like 1/2 a cup of mac n' cheese just before midnight that day.

This morning is when the problem started... it's been ongoing throughout the day... had only a tiny bit of food for breakfast before rushing to the lake this time and hanging out there... then had two little slices of pizza for dinner.

I know I'm not eating enough these last two days, but that shouldn't be a problem? I'm staying hydrated. What's wrong with me? When I was at the oceanside, I never even went more than my ankles in the water, didn't swim at all.
