So far as neighborhoods go. Nothing like the "old" cities where immigrants came and settled in ethnic neighborhoods. Vegas is too new a city and when it began to grow it was people all over the country rather than all over the world. By that time being in an ethnic neighborhood did not matter since the language spoken was English. No need for ethnic neighborhoods here so they didn't happen.
