Low calorie and/or lowfat sweet things at breakfast and dessert PLEASE!?
I'm am in the mood to bake, and I was wondering if anybody had any low calorie/low fat options. I want something sweet, preferably like bread or cake. I don;t have any applesauce or pumpkin but I have pretty much all other staple ingredients. Please no yogurt, jello, or pudding ideas. I'm talking bread here people. IDEALY I would like a low cal/low fat cinnamon coffee cake recipe. Pleae help, thanks:]
The healthiest cake you're going to find is angel food cake. It's made with egg whites, so it's very low calorie. Here's one from Cooking Light Magazine. Only 144 calories a slice!

I also found you a coffee cake recipe from Cooking Light. It is only slightly higher in calories than the angel food cake (185 per slice), and it looks really good. This is the lowest calorie one I could find, most of the other ones were in the range of 250-400 per slice. Here's that recipe--
