A lot of people who have been in some cities their whole lives think their city is amazing and will make a city or area out to be great only because they don't really have any idea how it compares to other places. So in short , any advice from someone who knows a lot about Philly but also about other places would be really appreciated.
Check into Manayunk, Rittenhouse Square, or Old City. They are trendy, young and hip and have the staples you are looking for. Be warned....they are PRICEY! Philly is great!
